WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

There will be 2 options for pick-up:

1) Local Pick-Up: This option for local pick-up will be for players and their families in the area who want to grab their orders prior to the event, or for any players and their families who will be in town the day prior to the event (July 29th or earlier). You will receive a text notification when your order is ready for pick-up. If you do not pick-up your order before July 29th, we will bring it to the ball park on July 30th.

2) Event Pick-Up: We will have your order packed, labelled, and ready for pick-up on the ball grounds the morning of July 30th! You will receive a text message notification from us a few days prior to the event with extra information on our location and extra contact information for our staff on-site. Pick-ups will be organized alphabetically by the customer's LAST NAME, not by team or by player. 

 

WILL I BE ABLE TO BUY CLOTHING AT THE EVENT?

Yes! Our staff are excited to be on-site in our tent making select apparel and accessory items on the spot, such as hoodies, t-shirts, and hats. We will not have every item that's on the website available though, so if you see something you like, please purchase it in advance to avoid disappointment!

 

WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS BACKORDERED?

Please note that if you order an item and it ends up being backordered or out of stock, you will be contacted to switch colours, items, or be offered a refund immediately. Since this is a time-sensitive event, we will not be waiting on backordered items to come back in stock. 

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY APPAREL?

Headwear: Hats may be spot cleaned if needed.

Clothing: All clothing is pre-shrunk. Wash cold. Do not dry on high heat.

 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU OFFER?

We offer all major credit cards through your PayPal account. If for any reason you do not already have and cannot make a PayPal account, please call our store 1-306-717-0471 during business hours an we will do our best to accomodate you.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the custom nature of these products and it being a one-time event, all sales are final - no returns or exchanges (including for another size). We highly recommend using the size charts to make your purchase. HOW LONG WILL THE ONLINE STORE STAY OPEN FOR? 

This online store will close for orders on Wednesday, July 16th/25 at midnight (CST)Please have all orders placed before this date as the website will close and orders will no longer be accepted.
